When two Realtors in the Portland Metro Area were in need of admin assistance, they knew the person they could count on to help their system and processes run as smoothly as possible that was me, Sylvia Schock. Although the expectations for my role were minimal to start, I quickly became ingrained in their day-to-day practices. From maintaining CRM’s and keeping their files, databases and systems up-to-date, it was a natural segway into transaction coordination. As I honed my skill set, I was soon brought on as the Transaction Coordinator for a top producing team in the Portland area. Keeping a diligent eye on all transactions I oversee, it’s important to me to make sure Realtors feel the personal touch I bring as their Transaction Coordinator and support professional.
